[Txlibdistricts] stipends for Trustees

Just curious if any of the Districts currently have a stipend for their trustees. we are having such a hard time finding people to serve and stay on the board that we are considering a small stipend for meetings like our local MUD has.  I'd really appreciate input on this. I checked once before and it is legal.
