Class description: We are very excited to offer Managing Your Email, a
webinar designed to help government employees maintain functional and
compliant email accounts. Email management can be one of the most
difficult aspects of records management both because it shifts the
burden of responsibility from Records Management Officers to each
individual employee, and because of the huge volume of email created
every day. This webinar will offer practical advice on some of our most
frequently asked questions, such as, "How long do I keep email?", "Which
emails are records?", and "How do I begin to organize my email?" We
will introduce a 3-step process for weeding down your inbox into just
those emails that are records, then discuss how to set up a basic file
plan to help you organize them.
Don't miss out on this FREE webinar August 12, 2010, from 11:00-11:45
am. We hope to see you there.
Thanks,
