The Society of Southwest Archivists is meeting May 22-24 in Houston, Texas! Don't miss your opportunity to register at the Early Bird registration fee.

This 2 1/2 day meeting consists of interesting sessions, receptions (okay, parties), exhibitors, food, business meeting, repository tours, and a great group of people. All this can be yours for only $125 registration fee (members) if you sign up by Friday, April 18. This is a great bargain!!

View our Program and registration information at: http://southwestarchivists.org/PDF/2008_preprogram.pdf

Note the excellent pre-conference workshops that are still available, as well as pre-conference architectural walking tour and two post-conference Houston tours. All are still open for registration at great affordable rates.

Take advantage of our online registration at: https://www.regonline.com/ssa2008 and use a credit card to register today.

We will be accepting registrations at the regular rate from April 19-May 12. However, if you THINK you might be attending, please don't wait to make a hotel reservation at the Doubletree Downtown Houston. Our reservations block expires on April 28, and there is another conference in town this same weekend that will make it difficult to get a downtown hotel room at a late date (and don't even ask about the "regular" pricing.)

Don't delay - call 713-759-0202 and book your room at the conference rate of $119/night (single-quad).
